Short Path Distillation Kit

The Short path distillation kit provided by Well One is a distillation method operated under high vacuum, where the average free path of vapor molecules is greater than the distance between the evaporation surface and the condensation surface. This allows for the separation of liquid mixtures by utilizing the differences in the evaporation rates of each component in the feed liquid. The stainless steel molecular distillation equipment produced by Well One uses SS316L as the contact part with the material, with a gear pump feeding and gear pump discharging system, and the appearance can support various customizations. The appearance can undergo matte polishing and sandblasting treatment.

The material enters the top of the Short path distillation kit main evaporator through the feed gear pump from the jacket feeding tank, and is continuously and evenly distributed on the heating surface through the material liquid distributor on the rotor. Then, the scraper scrapes the material liquid into an extremely thin, turbulent liquid film and pushes it downward in a spiral shape. During this process, light molecules that escape from the heating surface condense into liquid on the built-in condenser through a short route and almost without collision, and flow down the condenser tube, which is discharged through the discharge pipe located at the bottom of the evaporator; The residual liquid, i.e. heavy molecules, is collected in a circular channel under the heating zone and then flows out through the side discharge pipe. The ultra-light components will be collected through the first stage external condenser, and the second stage external condenser is used to protect the vacuum pump.
